Black Cat Lodge is not your typical sober-living facility, half way house or transitional-living facility.
I know this because I've spent time in those facilities, and I experienced exactly where they fall short. I am both a recovered addict and the founder of Black Cat Lodge. My name is Dave Brundage. My time has come to apply my hands-on non clinical approach that teaches addicts to trust themselves and become self-sufficient—perhaps for the first time.
My gift has been learned through real-life experiences. I have felt and lived all the shame, guilt, lies, manipulation, deceit and punishment associated with addiction. Now these negative associations have taken the form of the Black Cat, a haunting childhood image that I have turned into something positive. Something that symbolizes facing your darkest fears and getting to the true source of addiction.
